假设公司已发行股本于本公告日期至配售事项完成期间并无变动，配售事项项下的配售股份最高数目为2.28亿股，相当于于本公告日期公司已发行股份总数约13.33%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股份总数约11.76%(假设配售股份获悉数配售，而除配发及发行配售股份外，公司已发行股份总数自本公告日期起及直至配售事项完成日期止期间并无变动)。

配售股份的总面值将为228万美元。配售价每股配售股份0.083港元较股份于2026年1月23日(即紧接配售协议日期前的交易日)在联交所所报之收市价每股0.101港元折让约17.82%。

假设配售股份获悉数配售，预期配售事项的所得款项总额合共约为1890万港元，而配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣公司将承担或产生的所有相关费用、成本及开支后)预期合共约为1840万港元。公司每股配售股份的净价估计约为0.081港元。
