Addvalue Technologies Issues Nearly 147.7 Million Shares Upon Bond Conversion

Addvalue Technologies (SGX:A31) allotted and issued nearly 147.7 million shares to bondholders upon conversion of bonds worth SG$2.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in Monday trading.
Following the issuance, the company's share capital has increased to over 3.68 billion shares.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or about Jan. 27.
