1月28日金融一线消息，宁波市人民政府办公厅印发关于加快完善生育支持政策体系实施细则的通知。通知提出，落实生育补贴制度和税收金融政策。实施全省统一的育儿补贴制度，按规定落实3岁以下婴幼儿照护、子女教育个人所得税专项附加扣除以及生育津贴、生育医疗费和育儿补贴有关个人所得税免征等政策。强化金融精准支持，鼓励金融机构创新信贷产品和服务，满足婚育群体多样化金融需求。支持社会捐资，依法探索设立未来人口发展基金。
