Felix Gold Starts Antimony Metal Production Program at Alaska Project; Shares Fall 3%

Felix Gold (ASX:FXG) started an hydrometallurgical test work program at its Treasure Creek project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The program will evaluate the alkaline sulfide leach (ASL) and electro winning flowsheet, a processing route deployed at multiple antimony operations, the filing said.

Upon completion of the testwork, the company expects to start a continuous pilot campaign for a week, to produce antimony metal from Treasure Creek ore, the filing added.

Shares of the company fell 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
