于2026年1月26日，浙江省市场监督管理局已就公司拟将公司中文名称变更为“佐力科创股份有限公司”出具变更企业名称保留告知书。建议变更仍须待该公告所载条件达成后方可作实，而截至本公告日期，该等条件尚未获达成。
