智通财经APP讯，小黄鸭德盈(02250)发布公告，于2026年1月28日，公司拟配售6756.8万股股份，占紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的全部已发行股份约6.44%。配售价为每股0.74港元，较1月28日收市价每股0.82港元折让约9.76%。配售事项的所得款项总额预计为约5000万港元，所得款项净额预计为约4950万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用于以下用途：约50%用于发展IP相关产品制造;约30%用于开拓城市娱乐项目;约20%用于一般营运资金。
