智通财经APP讯，茂业国际(00848)发布公告，茂业商业股份有限公司于2026年1月23日对外披露了《关于开展商业不动产公募REITs申报发行工作的公告》(公告编号：临2026-004号)，拟以全资子公司成商集团控股有限公司(简称“成商控股”)、公司关联方成都崇德投资有限公司(简称“崇德投资”)持有的位于成都市高新区天府大道北段28号成都茂业中心部分楼宇(最终以监管审批为准)作为底层资产开展商业不动产公募REITs申报发行工作。
鉴于茂业商业本次商业公募REITs发行时间安排较为紧迫，经茂业商业管理层与中介机构充分沟通论证后审慎决策，为保障本次项目顺利发行落地，决定对本次申报方案进行调整。底层资产调整后为茂业商业关联方崇德投资持有的位于成都市高新区天府大道北段28号成都茂业中心C塔写字楼物业(最终以监管审批为准)。
本次申报方案调整后，商业公募REITs项目发行工作将继续推进，后续上市公司将根据市场环境变化，适时择机推进自身相关资产开展商业公募REITs业务。
