智通财经APP讯，民生国际(00938)发布公告，于2026年1月28日，丽江酒店(为公司的全资附属公司，作为租户)与丽江多弗(作为业主)订立租赁协议，据此，丽江多弗同意向丽江酒店租赁该等物业，租期自2026年2月1日(或丽江酒店就于该等物业开始经营酒店业务取得必要许可的有关较后日期)起为期两年。
该等物业为位于中国云南省丽江的若干物业，包括以下各项：(a)古城区大研街道七一社区古佑巷198号;(b)古城区大研街道办事处七一街居委会古佑巷198-1号;(c)古城区七一街古佑巷198-3号;(d)古城区七一街古佑巷198-5号;(e)古城区大研街道七一社区古佑巷198-2号;(f)古城区七一街古佑巷198-7号。
董事认为，签立租赁协议为扩大集团酒店业务及把握丽江充满活力的旅游市场增长的策略机遇。近年来，云南省旅游业强劲增长，丽江继续成为文化旅游首选目的地。集团将利用其管理团队在酒店经营方面的丰富经验，提升服务质素，实施严格的收入管理常规，并改善整体宾客体验。该方法旨在加强该物业在云南省不断扩大的酒店市场中的竞争地位。
