智通财经APP讯，中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2026年1月26日，诚通融资租赁(公司间接全资附属公司)与承租人海发宝诚融资租赁有限公司订立租赁资产转让协议。根据租赁资产转让协议，诚通融资租赁将向承租人购买租赁资产，并将租赁资产出租予承租人，租赁期为期约15个月或24个月，惟可根据租赁资产转让协议的条款及条件提早终止。待达致租赁资产转让协议所载条件后，诚通融资租赁将向承租人购买租赁资产，总购买价格为人民币4亿元(相当于4.44亿港元).
租赁资产为高压通电集群设备、污水处理设备、高压电控设备等。
集团主要从事租赁、物业发展及投资、海上旅游服务和酒店业务。集团的租赁业务主要透过诚通融资租赁(作为其主营业务)进行。租赁资产转让安排乃于诚通融资租赁的一般及日常业务过程中订立，并预期诚通融资租赁将赚取约人民币1506万元(相当于约1672万港元)的收入，即诚通融资租赁根据租赁资产转让安排将予收取的租赁利息。
