Carlyle Group-Backed Resonetics to Acquire Resolution Medical

Carlyle Group-backed (CG) medical device manufacturer Resonetics said Tuesday it has entered into an agreement to acquire medical device firm Resolution Medical.
Financial terms of the transaction were not provided.
Resonetics said the acquisition is expected to close within the year.
The acquisition is set to add complementary capabilities in high-growth therapeutic markets such as neuromodulation, structural heart, and interventional cardiology to Resonetics' services, the company said.
