智通财经APP讯，数科集团(02350)公布，有关收购香港慧浪科技有限公司，经审慎周详考虑后，公司决定不进行收购事项，于2026年1月27日(交易时段后)，公司与卖方经公平磋商后订立终止协议，以终止购股协议及其项下拟进行的交易，自终止日期起生效。根据终止协议，购股协议项下的所有义务及责任已获全面解除，订约方不再享有或承担购股协议项下的任何权利或义务，购股协议亦终止履行。截至本公告日期，集团尚未向卖方支付代价。
公司认为终止收购事项将不会对集团的财务状况及营运造成重大不利影响。
