Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) said infill and step-back drilling at the BMT3 deposit, part of the Boundiali gold project in Ivory Coast, confirmed multiple high-grade gold intercepts, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Drilling hit intercepts of 6.9 meters at 7.2 grams per tonnes (g/t) grade of gold from 233.8 meters as well as 17.3 meters at 2.6 g/t grade of gold from 295.7 meters.
Gold mineralization remains open along strike and at depth, the filing added. The firm is planning further work.
Aurum Resources' shares fell nearly 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
