南财智讯1月28日电，INTLGENIUS（00033.HK）公告，应公司要求，其股份自2025年10月2日上午9时起于香港联合交易所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，以待公司刊发截至2025年6月30日止年度之经审核全年业绩。公司已收到联交所发出的复牌指引，包括：就相关指控及2024年中期业绩差异进行独立法证调查并公布结果；刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及任何审核修改；证明管理层及对集团有重大影响力人士的诚信、能力及品德无合理监管疑虑；进行独立内部监控审查并证明已建立足够内部监控程序；证明遵守上市规则第13.24条；以及向市场公布所有重要资料。根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，若公司未能于2027年4月1日前达成全部复牌指引并获联交所信纳，其上市地位可能被取消。
