Aurelia Metals CEO to Step Down; Shares Fall 4%

Aurelia Metals (ASX:AMI) said that Chief Executive Bryan Quinn will step down from his role to pursue other career opportunities, effective at the end of July, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The board is beginning a search for a successor to lead the company's next growth phase, the filing added.

The company's shares fell 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
