1月28日，长飞光纤光缆开盘曾升18%，截至发稿，涨8.83%，报70.9港元，成交额18.22亿港元。
消息面上，隔夜康宁股价大涨超15%创历史新高。据报道，为跟上人工智能热潮、推进大型数据中心建设，Meta已承诺2030年前向康宁公司支付高达60亿美元，采购AI数据中心所需光纤电缆。为满足Meta及谷歌、微软等大客户需求，康宁正扩建工厂，完工后将成为全球最大光纤电缆工厂，此举也是行业数万亿美元扩张计划的一部分。康宁光纤业务负责人迈克·奥戴也强调，满足需求是公司目前主要面临的挑战，光是Meta位于路易斯安那州的数据中心就需要800万英里的光纤。
第一上海研报指出，长飞光纤是全球光纤光缆行业的龙头，光纤预制棒、光纤、光缆份额常年保持全球第一。“PCVD+VAD+OVD”三大主流预制棒制备工艺，棒纤缆一体化程度最高，成本控制能力强。公司2025年上半年业绩承压，但电信市场光纤光缆的量价双降下行趋势已近尾声，公司将充分受益于国内周期筑底回暖、海外扩张对冲、AI算力拉动需求升级，即将进入业绩上行期。
