1月27日，湖北省宜昌市公共资源交易中心发布长阳磨市镇新桥建筑石料用灰岩矿建设项目（EPC+O）第二次招标公告，投标截止时间为2026年2月28日。该项目总投资7.2亿元，生产规模500万吨/年。

根据公告，项目位于长阳磨市镇三口堰村，矿区拟开采面积0.4655平方公里，采用露天开采，建设生产加工基地，需购置空气压缩机、钻孔、铲装、破碎机、双辊破、运输皮带机、整形、清洗等生产设备；配套建设环保、公用工程、办公设施等基础设施。

2024年9月27日，长阳城发中财荃兴投资发展有限公司以近1.05亿元成功竞得项目矿权。矿山资源储量8687万吨，拟出让年限10年，转采后预期可实现年产500万吨，年产值超2亿元。

此外，应招标人要求，投标人须承诺对三口堰采石场旧矿区进行资产收购（包含但不限于加工区、生活区、办公区、设备等，根据资产移交评估报告，现资产约6445万元，后经双方确认且移交后确定具体金额，且需配合处理三口堰采石场旧矿区后续遗留问题）。

项目建设工期（含设计周期）1年。项目整体竣工验收合格、经招标人同意后，方可进入试运营，试运营期从试运营开始之日起6个月内结束。试运营期结束，经招标人同意后进入运营期，运营期限为12年。

此次项目招标范围包括加工区的设计、施工、采购安装，矿山基础建设、矿山开采运营及加工。
