消息面上，1月27日，申万宏源发布公告，该公司预期2025年实现净利润约101亿-111亿元，同比增长61.59%-77.59%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约91亿-101亿元，同比增长74.64%-93.83%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约90.3亿-100.3亿元，同比增长78.05%-97.77%。
公司在投资交易、财富管理、投资银行等核心领域展现出良好的发展韧性，各项业务收入同比实现较快增长，整体经营业绩大幅提升。
