ProsperCap (SGX:PPC) said that its controlling shareholder, DTP Inter Holdings, pledged around 83.74% of its shares to Bangkok Bank against a 6 billion baht facility, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

This comes after the company released and discharged its share charges from April 2025 and May 2025, which totaled around 83.74% of the company's share capital, following the repayment of all related indebtedness of controlling shareholder, DTGO Corp., as of Nov. 28, 2025.

The new facility was secured via promissory notes and replaces the previous agreements on facilities of 2 billion baht and 4 billion baht.

The facility was provided to DTGO Corp. which is a controlling shareholder's parent company.
