智通财经APP获悉，1月28日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于新琪安集团股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。新琪安(02573)2名股东拟将所持合计41,082,340股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。自备案通知书出具之日起12个月内未完成股份转换，拟继续推进的，应当更新备案材料。
据招股书，新琪安是一家食品级甘氨酸及三氯蔗糖生产商。公司主要从事食品级甘氨酸、工业级甘氨酸及三氯蔗糖的生产及销售。
于往绩记录期间，三氯蔗糖销售额分别占公司总收益约49.6%、51.1%及41.8%，食品级甘氨酸销售额分别占公司总收益约40.6%、40.1%及42.0%，以及工业级甘氨酸销售额分别占公司总收益约7.6%、6.1%及11.7%。
