智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)发布公告，有关(其中包括)本公司因涉及法律诉讼被列为被执行人的相关事宜。近期，本公司收到呈贡区人民法院的公告(法院公告)，呈贡区人民法院查封了本公司名下位于昆明市官渡镇中营乡5幢1层、10幢1-2层及6幢1层的不动产并决定司法拍卖，责令本公司及相关权利人在2026年2月10日前迁出上述房产。如有异议或租赁权等其他权利主张，自法院公告之日起15日内向呈贡区人民法院提出并附相关证据材料，逾期提出视为无异议或者无权利主张。
目前本公司日常生产运行维持正常，本公司将持续关注相关事件进展，按照法律法规及时履行相应的信息披露义务。
