Yunnan Water Investment (HKG:6839) said chairman Mei Wei has resigned, effective Tuesday, citing work adjustments, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The board appointed executive director Zhu Zhen as acting chairman.
Shares of the water supply and waste treatment company were down nearly 2% in Wednesday morning trade.
