智通财经APP讯，航天控股(00031)公布，于2025年4月17日至2026年1月27日期间，公司直接全资附属公司航科新世纪于公开市场上经一连串交易出售本金总额为人民币5899.4万元的瑞华泰可转换债券，总代价约为人民币7083.9万元。于出售事项一后，航科新世纪持有的余下瑞华泰可转换债券的本金金额为人民币4150万元。
于2025年12月8日至2025年12月19日期间，航科新世纪于公开市场上经一连串交易合共出售149万股瑞华泰股份(相当于本公告日期瑞华泰已发行股份总额约0.83%)。总代价约为人民币2878.4万元，相当于每股瑞华泰股份平均价格约为人民币19.32元。
于出售事项二后，航科新世纪合共持有40,593,059股瑞华泰股份，相当于本公告日期瑞华泰已发行股份总额约22.55%。
