智通财经APP讯，曹操出行(02643)发布公告，于2026年1月28日(交易时段前)，公司与联席配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已有条件同意透过联席配售代理按尽力基准，以每股配售股份32.46港元之配售价向不少于六名承配人配售最多1200万股配售股份，该等承配人及其最终实益拥有人须为独立第三方。每股配售股份32.46港元之配售价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报之收市价每股35.66港元折让约8.97%。
最多1200万股配售股份相当于本公告日期公司已发行股份总数约2.11%，及配售事项完成后经扩大的已发行股份总数约2.06%。
配售事项的所得款项总额预期将约为3.9亿港元，而所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及配售事项的其他开支后)将约为3.83亿港元。在此基础上，每股配售股份的净价将约为31.92港元。
