智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(02880)发布公告，王慧颖女士因工作变动原因已辞任本公司董事会秘书;本公司公司秘书(公司秘书);香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表(授权代表);及根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第十六部项下代表本公司于香港接受法律程序文件及通知的本公司授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)。
为保证董事会工作的正常进行，在本公司聘任新的董事会秘书之前，董事会指定由执行董事、总经理魏明晖先生代行董事会秘书职责，公司将按照相关规定尽快完成董事会秘书的选聘工作。李国东先生与李水波先生因工作变动原因已分别辞任本公司副总经理职务。唐明先生因工作变动原因已辞任本公司财务总监职务。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》及本公司的公司章程，上述人士的辞任均于辞呈送达董事会时生效(即自2026年1月26日起生效)。王慧颖女士、李国东先生、李水波先生及唐明先生离任后将不再担任本公司任何职务。
