C&D Property Management Group (HKG:2156) said it agreed to acquire the remaining 25% stake in Xiamen Zhaohui it does not already own for 14.9 million yuan, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the property manager fell nearly 2% in morning trade Wednesday.
The firm is acquiring the stake from Yi Yue and will end up wholly owning the software developer following the purchase.
