南财智讯1月27日电，嘉文世纪投资公司（00612.HK）公告，应公司要求，股份自2025年6月30日上午9时起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至公司履行其2025年9月5日公告所载之复牌指引。公司就近期媒体关于深圳市人民检察院就隋广义、马小秋等人涉嫌集资诈骗及洗钱提起公诉的报道作出澄清，强调公司（前称鼎益丰控股集团国际有限公司）已于2025年8月1日完成更名，且公司及其附属公司均未涉及该诉讼，相关被诉公司并非本集团成员；同时重申隋广义已于2020年1月22日辞任所有职务，马小秋已于2023年2月21日辞任所有职务。经向高级职员及董事查询，公司不知悉任何须根据《证券及期货条例》第XIVA部披露之内幕消息。
