智通财经APP讯，恒昌集团国际(01421)发布公告，配售事项已于2026年1月28日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成，其中配售代理成功配售合共3336.5万股配售股份，相当于紧接配售事项前公司已发行股本的约20.00%;及于本公告日期经发行3336.5万股配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约16.67%。
3336.5股配售股份已成功按配售价每股配售股份0.34港元配售予不少于六名承配人，概无承配人于配售事项完成后成为公司的主要股东(定义见上市规则)。配售事项的所得款项总额约为1134万港元，而配售事项的所得款项净额约为1054万港元(经扣除配售佣金及其他相关开支)。配售事项所得款项净额将悉数用作集团一般营运资金。
