智通财经APP讯，潼关黄金(00340)发布公告，公司已收到潼飞投资有限公司(债券持有人)发出的转换通知，据此，债券持有人已行使其权利，按每股转换股份1.1港元的转换价格，部分转换本金总额为660万港元的可换股债券，致使公司于2026年1月28日向债券持有人配发及发行600万股新股份。于转换后，可换股债券的剩余未偿还本金额为2640万港元。
于转换后，转换股份与所有已发行股份享有同等地位。转换股份分别占紧接转换前公司已发行股份总数约0.11%，及经转换后配发及发行转换股份而扩大之公司已发行股份总数约0.11%。
