智通财经APP讯，香港通讯国际控股(00248)发布公告，卖方Generalvestor (HK) Limited(一家本公司间接全资拥有的附属公司)于2026年1月28日与买方Lam Yi Toi订立该协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意以代价1320万港元购买有关该物业，惟须根据及按照该协议的条款进行。
该物业位于香港新界将军澳景岭路8号，都会駅2期，城中駅10座45楼G室，实用面积约为914平方英尺。
董事认为，此为本集团出售有关该物业的良机，可借此清偿银行借款、降低资产负债比率及相关利息开支，并巩固其财务状况及相信出售事项的条款属公平合理，并符合本公司股东的整体利益。
