Eni's Plenitude Signs 4-Year Renewable Energy Deal With Zanasi

Eni's (E) subsidiary Plenitude said Monday it has signed a four-year power purchase agreement to supply Zanasi with 4.38 gigawatt-hours per year of renewable energy.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the deal, Plenitude will build four photovoltaic systems for Zanasi's automobile bodywork, mechanics and restoration facilities in the Maranello region of Italy, the company said, according to a translation of the company's statement.
