　　公司是一家专注于化工新材料及明胶、胶原蛋白上下游产品的中国供应商。公司服务于化工行业及大健康行业，主要从事工业及商业用途产品的研发、生产及销售。就公司的大化工板块而言，公司的客户包括下游行业（如汽车、新能源及家电）的制造商及下游制造商的供应链解决方案提供商。就公司的大健康板块而言，公司的客户主要包括医疗及药品制造商，彼等使用公司的产品作为生产补充剂和药品等下游产品的原材料。

　　公司将收取的所得款项净额将约为10.58亿港元，假设发售价为每股H股38.00港元（即指示性发售价范围的中位数）。约50.0%将分配至扩大公司位于泰国的新生产基地的产能。约35.0%将分配至扩大公司位于中国的新生产基地产能。约10.0%将分配至公司在香港的投资，包括设立地区总部及生产基地升级。约5.0%所得款项净额将用作运营资金及一般企业用途。
