IODM (ASX:IOD) said that it will provide its Connect platform to a United Kingdom university through its commercial revenue share agreement with Convera, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The onboarding process has started and will involve extensive platform development, with the Convera agreement and the company's service level agreement commencing for an initial three-year term upon full integration, per the filing.
Revenue is expected to start contributing from April, initially generating around AU$600,000 per year before the next tuition cycle, representing a 23% increase over fiscal year 2025 revenue of about AU$2.6 million and a 55% rise in UK revenue of AU$1.1 million, the filing added.
The company's shares rose around 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
