Scholar Education Group (HKG:1769) said it expects to swing to a loss in 2025, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the private education services firm gained over 4% in morning trade Tuesday.
The firm expects 70 million yuan to 80 million in attributable loss for the year, compared to a profit of 145.6 million yuan in 2024.
Scholar Education's financial results are due in March.
