据知情人士透露，软银集团已终止收购美国数据中心运营商 Switch 公司的相关谈判，此举给创始人孙正义打造 “星门” 人工智能基础设施的雄心带来了挫折。数月来，孙正义一直致力于推动这笔规模约 500 亿美元的 Switch 收购交易。他认为，直接掌控这家公司的节能数据中心网络，将助力耗资 5000 亿美元的 “星门” 计划，为合作伙伴 OpenAI 提供算力支持。但上述知情人士表示，本月早些时候，孙正义承认全面收购已无可能，并取消了原定于 1 月发布相关公告的计划。由于此事尚未公开，这些知情人士要求匿名。他们还称，双方目前仍在就部分投资或建立合作伙伴关系进行积极磋商。本月初，软银刚刚签署一项 30 亿美元的交易，收购在纽约上市的投资公司 DigitalBridge 集团。软银发言人未就此事作出回应，Switch 与 DigitalBridge 的代表也均拒绝置评。
