港交所最新披露信息显示，乐欣户外通过港交所主板上市聆讯，有望成为港股市场“钓鱼第一股”。
招股书显示，乐欣户外主要产品包括床椅及配件、钓鱼椅、钓鱼床、鱼竿支架、钓鱼推车及钓鱼箱等，可满足鲤鱼钓、比赛钓、路亚钓、飞钓、冰钓等场景需求，产品远销全球40多个国家和地区。
根据招股书援引的弗若斯特沙利文资料，按2024年收入计，乐欣户外是全球最大的钓鱼装备制造商，市场份额为23.1%。2024年其中国市场份额为28.4%。
公司表示，全球钓鱼装备市场正处于高速成长期，预计2025年—2029年复合年增长率达9.5%。在中国，约1.4亿活跃钓鱼人群正推动市场向“休闲社交”转型，对装备专业化、场景化需求显著提升。
