1月27日，紫金系早盘走高，截至发稿，紫金矿业涨超5%，紫金黄金国际涨超11%。
消息面上，1月26日晚，紫金矿业发布公告，旗下控股上市公司紫金黄金国际拟以55亿加元（约合人民币280亿元）的交易总额，收购加拿大联合黄金（Allied Gold Corporation）全部已发行的普通股，其核心资产为三座非洲大型金矿。本次交易是紫金矿业金额最大的一笔并购交易。若交易最终完成，紫金黄金国际资产布局将拓展至12个国家的12座大型金矿，紫金矿业矿产金产量将大幅增长，有望提前实现产金超百吨的战略目标。
联合黄金在多伦多和纽约交易所上市，核心资产包括在产的马里Sadiola金矿、科特迪瓦金矿综合体（含Bonikro和Agbaou金矿），以及将于2026年下半年建成投产的埃塞俄比亚Kurmuk金矿。根据公开信息，截至2024年底，联合黄金拥有金资源量553吨，平均品位1.48克/吨，2023、2024年分别产金10.7吨、11.1吨，预计2025年产金11.7~12.4吨；依托Sadiola项目改扩建及Kurmuk项目建成投产，预计2029年产金将提升至25吨。
