Sunoco raised its quarterly dividend by about 1.2%, to 93.17 cents a share from 92.02 cents.
The new payout, equal to about $3.73 a year, represents an annual yield of about 6.4% based on Tuesday's closing price of $58.62.
The dividend is payable Feb. 19 to stockholders of record Feb. 6, the company said.
Sunoco said it targets a 2026 distribution growth rate of at least 5% with future increases to be announced quarterly.
