智通财经APP讯，御佳控股(03789)发布公告，邝炳文先生(邝先生)因其决定将更多时间投入其他工作安排，已提呈辞任独立非执行董事，自2026年1月31日起生效。
于邝先生辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，黄伟德先生(黄先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事以替代邝先生，自2026年2月1日起生效。
上述变动后，邝先生已不再担任本公司审核委员会以及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的主席，以及本公司薪酬委员会、提名委员会及风险委员会各自的成员，自2026年1月31日起生效;而黄先生已获委任为本公司审核委员会以及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的主席，以及本公司薪酬委员会、提名委员会及风险委员会各自的成员，自2026年2月1日起生效。
