智通财经APP讯，易居企业控股(02048)发布公告，本公司因境外债务持有人对重组的大力支持而备受鼓舞，并欣然宣布，截至2026年1月30日下午五时正(香港时间)，占境外债务未偿还本金总额约72.22%的境外债务持有人已加入及/或已同意并正采取措施加入重组支持协议。该等境外债务持有人须受重组支持协议的约束，犹如彼等在有效签署及提交其各自的加入函及受限制票据通知后以同意债权人身份为该协议的原有订约方。
本公司现正筹备计划文件及与开曼计划及香港计划(该等呈请)有关的其他文件，并拟待文件准备就绪后，于各情况下按重组支持协议所载条款向开曼法院及香港高等法院提交该等呈请。
为令境外债务持有人有时间完成加入重组支持协议的余下步骤，本公司谨此宣布，本公司已即时将重组支持协议截止期限由2026年1月30日下午四时正(伦敦时间)延长至2026年2月27日下午四时正(伦敦时间)(第二次进一步延长的重组支持协议截止期限)。本公司拟将此作为重组支持协议截止期限的最后一次延长，以为票据持有人提供额外机会加入重组支持协议。
