Kelly Services agreed to allow Hunt Cos. to buy a majority stake in the company and add members to the board. The stock gained 6.7% to $11.51 in after-hours trading Friday.

Brand Engagement Network said it executed a $1.5 million private placement. Shares fell 18% to $20.28 after the bell.
