家得宝已裁减800名公司总部相关岗位的员工，此举旨在提高公司运营速度，并更专注于一线员工。

　　这家家居装修零售商还表示，从4月6日当周开始，其总部员工每周需到办公室工作五天。

　　根据该公司最新的年度文件，截至2024财政年度末，该公司雇佣了470100人，此次裁员人数约占公司员工总数的0.2%。

　　该公司表示，这些调整旨在简化家得宝的公司运营，以更好地支持其门店和客户。

　　一位公司发言人在一份声明中说：“我们的目标是提高灵活性，让公司行动更迅速，并与我们的一线员工保持更紧密的联系。”

　　家得宝表示，此次裁员影响其亚特兰大总部不到150个职位，其余为远程办公人员。

　　该公司表示，将为受影响的员工提供遣散费、过渡性福利和就业安置支持。
