Orion Minerals (ASX:ORN) said that it is now in the final stages of legal documentation and expects to reach a binding agreement with Glencore in the coming weeks, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
In November 2025, the company said its unit, Prieska Copper Zinc Mine, is progressing toward finalizing a binding financing and concentrate offtake agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore for the Prieska project.
