智通财经APP讯，FIT HON TENG(06088)发布公告，自2026年1月1日起，公司已选用替代门槛而非初始指定门槛，以符合上市规则第13.32B条订明的最低公众持股量。随着上市规则第8.24条项下“公众人士”的定义修订于2025年8月4日生效，于公司的限制性股份奖励计划项下，由受托人就既非(i)公司核心关连人士，亦非(ii)根据上市规则第8.24条不被视为“公众人士”成员的合资格参与者持有的所有未授予股份，不再被视为由公众人士持有的股份。因此，根据经修订上市规则计算，公司的公众持股量百分比跌低于20.48%的适用初始指定门槛，于2026年1月1日约为20.43%。
公司认为，选用替代门槛在管理第一项受限制股份奖励计划及适应影响其公众持股量的监管变动方面提供了更大的灵活性。
