ChainCatcher 消息，HodlAI 提出一种新的 AI 服务使用模式，用户无需预付充值、按量扣费，而是通过持有代币按持仓量每日解锁 AI API 调用额度。代币保留在个人钱包中，额度每日刷新，可覆盖 GPT-5、Claude 4.5、Gemini 3 等 200 余个模型。
该模式的资金来源为链上交易税。HodlAI 对每笔交易征收 3% 税费，并将全部资金注入 API 资金池，再按持仓比例分配使用额度。交易越活跃，资金池越充足，可分配额度同步增长。
为防止短期套利，HodlAI 引入基于持币时间的额度释放机制，持仓时间越长，可用额度越高，曾有卖出记录的地址将被限制额度上限。持仓时长通过链上数据验证，无法篡改。
在透明度方面，HodlAI 公布所有 API 充值记录，并提供第三方账单核验方式，团队承诺零抽成。项目上线两天内累计税收超过 6.5 万美元，而 API 费用总计不到 1000 美元。
