于2026年1月29日(星期四)下午四时正(即综合文件所载接纳该等要约的最后日期及时间)，要约人已接获：股份要约项下涉及合共2.2亿股要约股份(占于本联合公告日期本公司全部已发行股本的约14.93%)的5份有效接纳;及购股权要约项下涉及合共2030万份购股权(即于综合文件日期的所有购股权)的8份有效接纳。
紧随该等要约截止后及经计及截至2026年1月29日(星期四)下午四时正股份要约项下涉及2.2亿股要约股份的5份有效接纳及待过户登记处妥为登记已接获的有效接纳涉及的要约股份转让后，要约人、刘翀先生及任何彼等的一致行动人士于合共11.075亿股股份(占于本联合公告日期本公司全部已发行股本的约 75.13%)中拥有权益。
