该回复批准了朗华制药的方案，即根据环境影响报告书所载的条款及计划在浙江省化学原料药基地临海园区改造叁个现有厂房，以生产多肽及其它小分子药物的高级中间体。 朗华制药拟落实环境影响报告书所载的生产计划，并遵照该回复提出的相关要求以及相关法律及法规对项目进行管理，力争在可行情况下尽快投产。
