智通财经APP讯，江南布衣(03306)发布公告，日期为2026年1月23日的配售协议(配售协议)所载的所有条件已获达成且配售事项已于2026年1月30日按照配售协议的条款及条件完成。据本公司所知，概无承配人及其最终实益拥有人将因配售事项而成为主要股东(定义见上市规则)。
合共1453.5万股配售股份已由配售代理根据配售协议的条款及条件按每股配售股份18.78港元的配售价向不少于六名承配人成功配售，相当于：于配售协议日期已发行股份总数的约2.80%;及紧随配售事项完成后经扩大已发行股份总数的约 2.73%。
