Starhill Global REIT's DPU Remains Unchanged in Fiscal H1

Starhill Global REIT's (SGX:P40U) distribution per unit or DPU remained unchanged at SG$1.8 in the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2025, unchanged from a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 1% in Friday trading.
Income available for distribution fell slightly by 0.2% to SG$43.2 million from SG$43.3 million in the year-ago period.
Net property income declined by 0.8% to SG$75.1 million from SG$75.6 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue remained unchanged year over year at SG$96.3 million.
