Fluence (ASX:FLC) reported revenue of $26 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, up nearly 23% compared with the same quarter a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the period were $2.7 million, the filing said.

The company reported revenue of $21.2 million and EBITDA of $1 million for the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.

The company met the midpoint of its EBITDA guidance, reporting strong full-year 2025 EBITDA of $4 million on revenue of $78.4 million, the Friday filing added.

The company's proactive sourcing and manufacturing strategies mitigated the impact of evolving US trade policies, resulting in negligible effects on fiscal year 2025 gross margins despite higher tariffs and global trade uncertainty, per the filing.
