0545 GMT - JL Mag Rare-Earth is likely entering a favorable earnings phase, driven by the rare-earth price upcycle, which supports the magnet manufacturer's profit growth, say Citi analysts in a note. They also see improving long-term demand from emerging applications such as humanoid robots. Meanwhile, U.S. policy uncertainty boosts China's rare-earth supply importance, which reinforces JL Mag's role as a key participant in the global high-performance magnet supply chain, they say. Citi raises its rating on JL Mag's A-shares to buy from neutral and lifts its target price to CNY48.00 from CNY32.60. It raises target price on the H-shares to HK$35.00 from HK$25.30 and keeps a buy rating. JL Mag's A-shares are down 7.6% at CNY38.02. H-shares are 6.3% lower at HK$22.16. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
